About us

In accordance with the Decree of the Head of the Administration of the Krasnodar Region No. 475 "On the Establishment of the Krasnodar Region Center for Search Operations", in order to arrange the implementation of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Perpetuating the Memory of People Fallen in Defense of the Fatherland", the Krasnodar Regional Center for Search Operations, a regional state institution, was established on October 22, 1996.

In accordance with the Decree of the Head of the Administration of the Krasnodar Region No. 745 of October 11, 2000 "On Amendments and Additions to the Official Name of the Krasnodar Regional Center for Search Operations, the Regional State Institution", the institution was renamed as the Krasnodar Regional Center for Military-Patriotic, Search Operations and Preservice Training of Youth, a state institution of the Krasnodar Region.

In accordance with the Decree of the Head of the Administration (Governor) of the Krasnodar Region No. 452-r of November 20, 2015 "On the Establishment of a State Government Institution by Changing the Type of the Existing Center for Patriotic Education of the Kuban Youth, State-Financed Institution of the Krasnodar Region, the Center for Patriotic Education of the Kuban Youth, a State-Financed Institution of the Krasnodar Region, was renamed as the Center for Patriotic Education of the Kuban Youth, a State Government Institution of the Krasnodar Region (hereinafter referred to as the "Institution").

According to the Articles of the Association, the Institution is intended to contribute to the implementation of managerial functions related to the perpetuation of the memory of soldiers fallen in defense of the Fatherland, the civil and patriotic education of youth people and their preparation for military service.

The main objectives of the Institution are as follows: the organization of military-patriotic education and preservice training of youth in the Krasnodar Region through government agencies and non-governmental organizations, local authorities of municipal formations of the Krasnodar Region, participation in the implementation of state youth policy in the field of civil and military-patriotic education of youth, and participation in the work related to the perpetuation of the memory of soldiers fallen in defense of the Fatherland, as well as state support for public associations taking efforts to military-patriotic education and preservice training of youth.
